We reserve the right to refuse refunds if we determine that the issue is not due to a failure on our part, or if the RV has been tampered with after our service.

Our liability for any damages, including those related to our RV repair services, is limited to the total amount you paid for the service.

Cancellation Policy

Rescheduling

We may reschedule appointments at our discretion, and we are not liable for any inconvenience or costs incurred due to such rescheduling.

Missed Appointments

In the case of a missed appointment or a cancellation made within  2 days of the scheduled time, you may be responsible for covering any costs incurred by our team.

Data Retention

We retain your personal information for the minimum amount of time required by law and business operations. After this period, we may securely dispose of your data.

Non-Disclosure

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all information related to your RV and repair services provided, and we will not disclose it to any third party without your explicit consent, except as required by law.
